The main venture was to the Ritz Carlton for lunch. Since I have never been there before, I did not know what would be suitable to wear to such a fancy place.
I settled for a Lilly Pulitzer dress and some wedge heels. The funniest part was that both my mom and my mom's closest friend matched me.
The place was rather awkward and at least six men greeted us while walking into the hotel. While all of them wanted to help, I found it very uncomfortable to be so bombarded by people.
It ended up being well worth it because the lunch was amazing!

The best part of summer is to wear the very feminine and floral pieces in your closet.
I love my Lilly dress for the very reason that it lets me know that it is summer.
Put on something floral and walk the talk while the weather is hot!
